Delta state Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has appointed Hon Goodnews Emamusi Obiode as the Commissioner for Land Survey and Urban Development.

According to the statement, other commissioners are immediate past commissioner for information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, was appointed as commissioner for Works and Olorogun Vincent Oyibode was appointed as commissioner for Oil and Gas.
It would be recalled that in 1998, Former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, late Rt. Hon Young Daniel Igbrude was appointed as commissioner for Land Survey and Urban Development by Chief James Onanefe Ibori as the then governor.
